On the Day Coordination

This package is for the couple who is confident in the planning process but who would love to spend the last few weeks stress-free and would like to hand over the reins to a professional for a coordinated ceremony and reception ensuring all of your plans run according to schedule.


A “tell me everything” meeting about a month out from your wedding to discuss your ceremony plans and what you wish to achieve on the day - preferably on location at your ceremony/wedding rehearsal with your other key suppliers.

From that date on I will be the key contact person for all of your suppliers. I will contact your suppliers to lock in final numbers and all of the logistical details.

Unlimited phone and email support.

I will be present on the day of your wedding for 7-8 hours.

I will oversee the completion of the ceremony set up, liaise with your suppliers during their set up, meet and greet guests upon arrival, coordinate the ceremony proceedings ensuring all of your VIP’s are in the right place at the right time. 

Whilst you are having photos I will direct your guests to refreshments and canapes keeping an eye on the time to ensure that they are all seated in the reception area upon the arrival of the bridal party.

I will see you and your bridal party through to the reception making sure you have everything you need and be on hand until all of the official business and first dance are done before handing over to the venue manager for the rest of the evenings celebrations. 

Additional Hours

If you would like me to be present until the end of your reception additional hours will be charged at $100.00 per hour.
